Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

What you’ll need
- ·200 g spaghetti
- ·4 garlic cloves, sliced
- ·60 ml olive oil
- ·1 tsp chili flakes
- ·Salt
- ·Fresh parsley
method
How I make it
- 1.
Cook the spaghetti in well-salted water until just al dente.
- 2.
Meanwhile, warm the olive oil gently and let the garlic turn pale gold.
- 3.
Add chili flakes, then toss the drained pasta with a splash of pasta water.
- 4.
Finish with chopped parsley and a final drizzle of olive oil.
